Water Level Gauge -sight glass indicator-

02-02-01 W-350 W-351 W-352 W-353

The water level gauge is particulary suitable for all liquid media which are aggressively hot and rapidly moved in a container, but are not too much contamined. For a stirred or rapidly moved medium the water level gauge W-350/351/352/353 is acting like a damping by-pass. Depending on aggressivity and temperature various materials can be used, e.g. the type W-350 for highly aggressive media, the stainless steel type being preferred for hot and lightly aggressive liquids.

Magnetic Flap Indicator stainless steel or plastic / Ex

02-03-01 MKL

The MKL level indicator is connected by its two connections to the container to be monitored (see connection example). According to the law of interconnected containers the level in the float chamber corresponds exactly to the level in the container. The float has a special round magnet, which rotates 180° about its own axis when the aluminium wafers pass by. The level is easy to read off through the illuminated red colour on the reverse side.

Top-Mounted Tank Indicator

02-04-01 ÜTA-32-63 ÜTA-32-90

The top-mounted tank indicator is a mechanically operated, on-the-spot indicator. The liquid level in the tank located below the indicator is determined proportionately to the filling level and is indicated. Control of the level is easily achieved through the installation of switching contacts. The switching points for level control can be steplessly adjusted, on-the-spot and at any time.

Compact Ultrasonic Level Sensor

13-01-02LU-150 LU-180 (Ex)

The LU-150 is a short-range integrated ultrasonic level transmitter, intrinsically safe as Ex-version LU-180. This general purpose, 2 wire, 4 to 20 mA loop powered transmitter is ideal for liquids, slurries, and bulk materials in open or closed vessels to 5 m (16.4 ft). The transducer is available in PVDF copolymer, making the device suitable for use in a wide variety of applications. The LU-150/180 is easy to install and maintain, and can be quickly removed for cleaning as required by the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. The reliability of the level data is based on the Sonic Intelligence echo processing algorithms from Siemens. A filter discriminates between the true echo and false echoes from acoustic or electrical noises and agitator blades in motion. The ultrasonic pulse propagation time to the material and back is temperature-compensated and converted into distance for display, analog output. Key Applications: chemical storage vessels, filter beds, mud pits, liquid storage vessels, food applications Supplementary Components are designed to work with most types of instrumentation to provide enhanced functionality such as remote displays and remote monitoring solutions.
